STS-61-B Space Shuttle Atlantis

American NASA astronaut Jerry L. Ross, anchored to the foot restraint on the Remote Manipulator System (RMS), approaches the tower-like Assembly Concept for Construction of Erectable Space Structures (ACCESS) device, with clouds over the Atlantic Ocean in the background, during Space Shuttle Atlantis mission STS-61-B, 27th November to 3rd December 1985. Formerly STS-31, the primary objective of the mission is to deploy three communications satellites and testing techniques for constructing structures in orbit.
